Executive Committee
Duties:
- Determine the need to establish committees.
- Study the draft of decisions and documents of the committees and recommend their approval by the General Assembly.
- Appoint the Chairmen of committees.
- Nominate the Secretariat of the Forum and monitor its activities.
- Coordinate the preparation and drafting of proposals related to IFHAB policies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance according to the IFHAB’ Statute.
- Determine the venue and dates of meetings of the General Assembly and the Executive Committee and set their agenda.
- Maintain communication with SMIIC on issues related to common policies and practices on OIC/SMIIC standards and certification/accreditation schemes.
- Perform relevant duties stipulated in the procedures and documents of IFHAB including creation of documents.
- Invite the General Assembly to an extraordinary meeting if necessary.
