Executive Committee

Duties:
  •  Determine the need to establish committees.
  • Study the draft of decisions and documents of the committees and recommend their approval by the General Assembly.
  • Appoint the Chairmen of committees.
  • Nominate the Secretariat of the Forum and monitor its activities.
  • Coordinate the preparation and drafting of proposals related to IFHAB policies.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance according to the IFHAB’ Statute.
  • Determine the venue and dates of meetings of the General Assembly and the Executive Committee and set their agenda.
  • Maintain communication with SMIIC on issues related to common policies and practices on OIC/SMIIC standards and certification/accreditation schemes.
  • Perform relevant duties stipulated in the procedures and documents of IFHAB including creation of documents.
  • Invite the General Assembly to an extraordinary meeting if necessary.
