IFHAB Secretariat Duties:
- IFHAB Secretariat shall be appointed by the EC and shall be in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the host country of the IFHAB.
- IFHAB Secretariat shall provide a secretariat for each of the permanent committees. The Secretariat is to provide editing, communications, printing, and distribution of documentation to all members of the permanent committees.
- Adequate staff shall carry out the duties of the Secretariat.
- IFHAB Secretariat is authorized to;
- manage the administrative matters,
- deal with financial matters like budgeting and funding with the EC,
- responsible for publications and public relations,
- maintain the routine correspondence of IFHAB,
- maintain a system for documents and records control,
- conduct all relevant duties regarding the IFHAB General Assembly, EC, and IFHAB Fundamental Committee meetings and prepare the minutes of these meetings,
- represent IFHAB to the judicial and legal authorities,
- assisting the EC in preparing the documents relevant to the annual budget and strategy.
- perform other duties assigned by the IFHAB General Assembly. The Secretariat shall only report outcomes as authorized by the General Assembly in case of the absence of the Chair and Vice Chair.
